Bad/Will not recommend

Unfortunately I was not able to attend . After calling and emailing and explaining to customer service that the entry way to the road where the tour began was blocked off ; the only support I received was an offer for the tour to be rebooked. Please understand as traveling tourist in a unknown territory tour guides and tour companies should really be more organized and communicate properly to the tourist that for example the street (meeting point where the tour is to begin) is blocked off and according to several people on the street had been blocked off all week. Should have been offered a refund , after already paying a rebooking fee. Will not recommend, wouldn’t want this to happen to any other tourist.

Mac was very informative, it was fun and we learned a lot about the area. However, I believe it would be beneficial to make the tours smaller.

Ms. Carrie was our tour guide and she was amazing. She went above and beyond with her stories and details. She was very knowledgeable and she was very funny. My group and I very much enjoyed the tour with her. We went to many spots and there was a lot to see! Worth the money!

It wasn’t exactly what I was expecting, but it was very interesting. Our guide was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot from him. Unfortunately, it went just a little longer than expected and we had to leave before the vampire part due to prior commitments.

Just OK.

Tour was just OK. The storytelling style of the guide was a bit all over the place and it was hard to follow along with the tales she was telling. She wrapped it up with a short bit on Witches that was full of stereotypes and a bit offensive to an actual witch who was on the tour.

Taylor!!! Although my aunts swore we were initiating a seance, and were going to have spirits attach to our souls to travel back to Austin…they were pleased and educated. Way to go opening their minds.

I loved this tour! Our guide was super knowledgeable, sarcastic and entertaining. I loved learning about the Lalaurie mansion and Marie Laveu in real life after watching AHS! It was cool that the guide was quoting real newspaper articles and not just talking about urban legends.
