No Regrets

This was a really nice way to explore the French Quarter... also learned a lot of New Orleans' histor and historic architecture. Not very "scary" so I would definitely rate it as family friendly. I was hesitant due to the price but I think it was money well spent. Try to sit closer to the front so you can hear better.

I loved the city lights at night, however there wasn't much haunt to it. Just some stories that read like old movie scripts but a nice ride around the French Quarter.

Waste of money... do a walking tour...
Michele_M
, Mar 2021
To start we thought small tour carriage ride would be 4 to 6 people our group was 4 so maybe one other couple they would add, unfortunately our group was added to a family of 6 . We have done the walking tour and thought this would be a better more relaxing tour and the latter half is true it was relaxing enough to put us to sleep, The couple all the way in the back of carriage couldn't hear what the guide was saying they heard more of what the walking tours were speaking about and the music from all the cars. I know the plexiglass was put in for safety but they need to find a way so every row of seats can enjoy..

Hard to hear
Belinda
, Mar 2021
There were some hiccups with starting late and then being over booked, but that can happen. My purpose for the review is to suggest that ya’ll add speakers to each compartment. Only the center row (so pick that row if you’re given the opportunity) has a speaker to hear the guide, so once you’re going and around traffic the other rows, mainly back row, couldn’t hear him at all.

Could of been a lot more detailed on the haunted places!

That our tour guide kept talking when there were vehicles next to the carriage blaring their music so we could not hear a word he was saying!
