  • After receiving your gondola voucher from Madame Tussauds, you are responsible for making a reservation in person with the outdoor gondola for your boat ride. Reservations are required and are on a first come first served basis. Reservations cannot be made over the phone. The boat will be shared with other parties.
  • Reservations are required for both the Gondola and Buddy V's and must be made in advance. Both are first come, first served and do sell out and are not guaranteed unless you make your reservation with them directly in advance.

    The boat ride is short and about 10 mins. You go under a bridge then loop in a circle and the tour guide sings 1 song for you. We did the bundle deal where we ate at Buddy's (Italian food). The food is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. You have a selected menu option. They do give big enough portions and you get an appetizer. The wax museum was also included and that was the best and most entertaining!

    We had a very nice time but when received the gondola vouchers, thought we could ride anytime of the day only yo arrive ‘ be hold we had to schedule appt and come back. Which was disappointing. Would’ve been helpful to know in advance

    The museum experience was ok but the Gondola - I bought tickets online and it said it’s 45 minutes and it was ONLY 12 minutes. I spend $180.00 to ride with another couple when you pay $150 in person to ride with your loved one. The Gondola experience was the sad and disappointing experience that I took my dear mom with me for the first time. I don’t recommend buying ONLINE by in person because online it’s totally deceiving information.
