Our tickets didn’t work, we had to be separated and sent back to box office we’re they also couldn’t get the to work. A supervisor was called in and he let us in as a courtesy but that was embarrassing for me and my family!!

Reservation I made through Viator did not mean anything. I was on time (7pm) for my reservation, but was turned away because they had to many people in line. It was going to top off our trip to Vegas, but now will be a negative memory of a great trip.

First, they dont find my reservation, it was for 9pm and it was 9:15 i was waiting, then the elevator lady was so rude, we said goodnight she dont respond. Me husband was carrying my baby, she made him wait more long because the baby count as another person and the elevator only allowed 3 person per trip. We get to the tower almost 20 minutes left for them to close. View is beautiful, on the top the blonde girl was so kind. Is expensive for only a couple of minutes.

Don’t book through Viator unless it’s Sunny

There was a 50 min wait and once got close to the front to go up the elevator, they shut the observation deck and turned us around due to rain. Since our tickets were bought through Viator, they would not refund and Viator can’t refund unless they approve. They said since they scanned our tickets they couldn’t refund. Money and time wasted.
